Is Angadi Theru not worth for any Awards?

6 National Awards to Aadukalam has created sense of shock and disappointment among the fans and film critics. There were so many good films including the beautiful Angadi Theru and Myna. Nandalala recieved so many praises for its music by Ilayaraja. Angadi Theru's story and screenplay recieved well by all walks of life. But these movies have not got even a word of praise by Awards committee. This has created a big question of the quality of the awards committee's selection process.
