"India against corruption"
This huge amount has been appropriated from the people of India by exploiting and betraying them. Once this huge amount of black money and property comes back to India , the entire foreign debt can be repaid in 24 hours. After paying the entire foreign debt, we will have surplus amount, almost 12 times larger than the foreign debt. If this surplus amount is invested in earning interest, the amount
of interest will be more than the annual budget of the Central government. So even if all the taxes are abolished, then also the Central government will be able to maintain the country very comfortably.
We aam admi the mango people
Due to international pressure, the Swiss government agreed to disclose the names of the account holders only if the respective governments formally asked for it.. Indian government is not asking for

The only reason the loot of aam admi is so string in India is because we don't have stringent laws and system to fight and punish corrupt people, if we do not fight for Corruption free India now, in next five years the rates will go high , we have to buy drinking water for 50/- liter ,tomato's for 100/- kg and petrol dot ask.. it may cross 200/- per liter

Reason why lakhs of people are fasting with Anna Hazare in support of Jan Lokpal Bill

Five reasons why lakhs of people are fasting with Anna Hazare?

Anna Hazare began his fast unto death on April 5th for the grant of stronger Jan Lokpal Bill to fight corruption. He is fasting at Jantar Mantar, Delhi asking the government to create a joint committee with top members from the government and civil society to draft the bill. In wake of this, lakhs of people from across India and abroad are unto similar fasts against corruption. While few members are on a fast unto death  many are participating in relay fasting. People from all grounds business, students, professionals, activists, household,  are participating in the fast for one cause, a stronger anti-corruption bill. Many people are fasting from their work or home in support of Anna Sahib.

The Support of media their coverage of his fast unto death has been very good and heartening . It will surely help in spreading awareness about Jan Lokpal bill issue to the general public. Here are five reasons we all should  join in support of “India Against Corruption”

1. Fast for your country

We all fast, at different times, be it religious, occasional or for someone. Fasting holds a very important place in our culture, and we take pride in our traditions. This time, lakhs are fasting for the country. People from different religions, castes, states have come together to stop a disease which may effect us all in a bad way, corruption.  these days, we rarely get to see the face of united India. We recently saw when the whole country celebrated the World Cup triumph and there were celebrations on the streets. Let us all support  Anna Hazare and his fast for our country in the same spirit, and there is no doubt corruption will be endede in no time if India unites and all Indians stand up for this noble cause .

2. Anna Sahib is doing this for us at 73 years

“At 73 years, Anna is not fasting for himself, he is fasting for the future of his children ie., we. if Anna Hazare can fast until death for a corruption free future for us and our children, can’t we join him for a day or two at least in his support. Seeing more and more people joining him will give Anna sahib  and 'India Against Corruption movement' a lot of courage and confidence. It is also a chance for all of us to show we care about our future, the future of our kids and a corruption free India.

3. Spreading awareness

By fasting for one day, two days, alternate days, or whatever time and duration you are comfortable with, you can spread awareness among people around you about India Against Corruption movement. You can be a part of this movement by saying “I fast with Anna Hazare against corruption.” You can share and post about it on your mail, status messages on face-book, twitter, etc. We need more and more people joining  this to put pressure on the government to bring a strong anti-corruption law, and each one of us can do our bit for it.Each drop added will be an ocean one day

4. We only need a decent environment to live in

Most of us do not want to be involved in politics or public affairs. And that is why we choose a government. We only need a fair society to live in. We need good roads to travel, good schools for our children, good food to eat and a good place to live. We ask for nothing more. We are decent people only asking for a decent environment to live in. And we deserve it. The current society has been polluted by corruption and the government has not taken no steps to curb it. It is high time we realize our duties as citizens and peacefully demand what we deserve.

5. Corruption can  and must end

Most of us see corruption as a 'cannot be solved 'problem which is deep rooted in our society but the fact is it can be eradicated. History is proof that if committed citizens come together for change, anything is possible. The case of Hong Kong is one major example. Hong Kong was so corrupt during the 1960s that it was an open secret and people were leading a hell of life earlier. And the government seemed powerless to do anything about it. But in the early 1970s, one event after another triggered off a storm of public protests and a powerful and independent agency was setup to deal with corruption. The Independent Commission Against Corruption, or ICAC, was created in 1974 and now Hong Kong is one of the most cleanest and corruption free places to work in. Similarly, it might look there is no end to the problem today, but seeing in perspective, there is a chance we do not want to miss; this is our time to act and be an active participant to make India  corruption free society.

So participate in the fast, for whatever duration you like and be a part of the movement. Spread the word to your friends, family, colleagues, neighbors,  in fact everyone. Joining a group , or posting a link is not just we need, we need action to support this movement , lets join hands together and Make India a better place to live

Jan Lokpal Bill - Our weapon against corruption

Today in India every channel, and news paper have one big 'breaking news' Jan Lokpal bill, here is the easy way to understand Jan Lokpal bill and its uses for people who care for a corruption free India , its our duty to know and create awareness regarding Jan Lokpal bill , We shall all support our beloved Dr.Anna Hazare who at the age of 73 is fighting for a corruption free India and implementation of jan Lok pal bill, which is more refined and common man friendly compared to its earlier version of Lokpal bill which is useless and corrupt people friendly, there were no stringent laws against corrupt people  in the Lokpal bill, where as Janlokpal bill has got all the necessary steps, to take against corrupt politicians or officials

What is Jan Lokpal bill ?

  1. An institution called LOKPAL will be set up  in the center and LOKAYUKTA in each state. These institutions are completely independent of the government and Politics, like the Supreme Court and the Election Commission. No minister can influence their investigations.
2.      Investigation of  any case should be completed in an year and the Trial in next one year ,so that  the corrupt officer or politician can be put behind the bars in two years max.No one should be exempted including prime miister. No case should be put pending.

3.      The loss caused by corrupt person to the government will be recovered during  the time of conviction.

4.      In case of any work  of  citizen is not done, delibrately delayed, or ignored crossing prescribed time in any government office, Lokpal will impose financial penalty on guilty officers, which will be given as compensation to the sufferer. One can approach  Lokpal if ones  ration card or passport or voter card is not being made ,or concerned authority ,person is demanding bribe  nor the police registering your case . Lokpal will have to get it done in a month’s time.

5.      Lokpal officials  are  selected by judges, citizens and constitutional authorities through elections and not by politicians, through a complete  transparent and participatory process. So there is no chance of  government appointing  corrupt and weak people as Lokpal members

6.      Any complaint against any officer of Lokpal shall be investigated and the officer will be  dismissed within two months. So that there would be no chance of Lokpal System becoming  corrupt. The entire functioning of Lokpal/ Lokayukta will be completely transparent.

7.      Lokpal will have complete powers and machinery to independently investigate and prosecute any officer, judge or politician. Existing anti-corruption agencies, CVC, departmental vigilance and anti-corruption branch of CBI will be merged into Lokpal.

8.      The punishment would be minimum 5 years and maximum of life imprisonment.

9.      It will be the duty of the Lokpal to provide protection to those who are being victimized for raising their voice against corruption.

Anna Hazare, Kiran Bedi, Swami Agnewesha
Anna Hazare is  the person who was behind the Right to Information Act (RTI Act). He had gone on hunger strike in the year 2003 to get the RTI act bill passed and more than getting the bill passed, he traveled about 12,000 km to create an awareness of this act.We really need people like him to get these corrupt politicians and bureaucrats to hold responsibility and close the loopholes in our system
Anna Hazare Fast  Against Corruption in India
In 2011, Anna Hazare led a movement for passing a stronger anti-corruption Lokpal (ombudsman) bill in the Indian Parliament. As a part of this movement, N. Santosh Hegde, a former justice of the Supreme Court of India, Prashant Bhushan, a senior lawyer in the Supreme Court along with the members of the India Against Corruption movement drafted an alternate bill, named as the Jan Lokpal Bill (Poeple's Ombudsman Bill) with more stringent provisions and wider power to the Lokpal (Ombudsman). Hazare decided to start a fast upto death from 5 April 2011 at Jantar Mantar in Delhi, to press for the demand to form a joint committee of the representatives of the Government and the civil society to draft a new bill with more stronger penal actions and more independence to the Lokpal and Lokayuktas (Ombudsmen in the states), after his demand was rejected by the Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh
Anna Hazare Fighting For Jan Lokpal Bill - an anti corruption bill for benefit of common man

What are the loopholes of the Lokpal Bill by the Government :According to the current version of Lokpal Bill, Lokpal will not have any power to either initiate action suo motu in any case or even receive complaints of corruption from public. This is making the Lokpal bill useless. But according to the Jan Lokpal Bill, full powers to initiate investigations suo motu in any case and also to directly entertain complaints from the public. This is something very important and needs to be addressed by the Government and we see most of the political parties finding this as a threat to them.
[Continued in Next Image]
Lets all support-Anna hazare's fight against corruption in India  , its for us, by us for our better future
The Government proposed Lokpal bill doesnt want the Lokpal to be advisory body and just forward the complaints to the respective department and does not have any right to register and FIR or police powers. This bill do not give power's to the Lokpal to do any investigation against the Prime Minister, which deals with foreign affairs, security and defense and also no jurisdiction over bureaucrats and government officers. These are the major lacking of the current version with the Government, but we need a Jan Lokpal bill which is addressing the above mentioned issues.
Quit Corruption movement
Let us all support  this bill and try our best to force the Government to propose anti corruption bill for us. We are the people who have put them on to rule the country and they will have to do it for us.

Let's make India corruption Free country !!!

Support Anti Corruption Movement. Jai Hind
