The Distributors’ Council Chairman Kalaipuli G Sekaran, in a press statement, has lashed out at the theatre owners for deciding not to screen Vijay's films until he makes good the losses suffered by them for screening Sura and going against Aascar Ravichandran for taking up the distributorship of Kaavalan.
In a press release, Kalaipuli G Sekaran has questioned whether the theatre owners would refund the ticket amount to cine-goers if they complain that the film is not up to their expectation. Profit and loss are a part of every business and the theatre owners should realize it instead of shifting the blame on the hero of the film for its losses, the press note states.
