Amitabh Bachchan will be back on the cool seat as the host of KBC5. The impending season of Kaun Banega Crorepati will get underway in a few weeks’ time, it was reported. It is well-known that the very presence of Amitabh Bachchan graces the show. It is the sheer magic of the Big B that enchants one and all.There were primary discussions about the show between Amitabh Bachchan and the producers of the show. Even after playing host to as many as three full seasons, the megastar has not shown any signs of tiredness and is in full flow to host yet another season of the immensely popular reality show in the Indian version.
It was only the third season that Amitabh Bachchan could not host the show due to health problems. In the interim, Shah Rukh Khan hosted the show and showed his brilliance as an anchor as well.
The idea of the show has been lifted from ‘Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?’ which is basically a show that belongs to the United Kingdom.
But as far as playing host to the fifth season is concerned, Amitabh had asked the opinion of his fans in context of hosting the show; and what’s more, we will be seeing Big B as the host yet again!
