DDA had received 740,443 application forms against total 16,237 flats on allotment offer. DDA Draw 2011 was taken place on Monday April 18th in Noida and it was completely transparent for the public with Big TV Screens were place outside the building and process was visible for public as well.The result of DDA housing scheme 2010 was carried out under observation of independent judges, DDA officials, media persons, and some eligible applicants. It was a computerized lottery draw held at the premises of the Center for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) in Noida (UP).
Applicants can also check their results in the national newspapers. The names of the owners of 16, 000 flats will be announced soon, possibly in the third week of April, as speculated. Out of 7, 40, 000 people applying for the DDA flats, only 16, 000 lucky ones will be able to fulfill their dream of DDA flats.

Those who were not allotted flats under the Delhi Development Authority's housing scheme may still get lucky. Under the scheme, there is a waiting list of 600 applicants who can get lucky in case of any surrender or cancellation by the 16,118 successful allotted.
