Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will be gracing the Cannes Film Festival this year when she walks on the Red Carpet for L’Oreal Paris. The Cannes Film Festival will be held from May 11 to May 22, 2011. Aishwarya will be accompanied by two other beautiful women from the film industry, namely Freida Pinto and Sonam Kapoor.L’Oreal Paris and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan have a very lengthy association with each other. They have been working in tandem for the past ten years, while the cosmetic company has been the official make-up partner of the world-famous fest for at least 14 years now.
Aishwarya will walk the prestigious Red Carpet on May 11, when the opening ceremony of the festival will be held. Ash had also walked the carpet last year as well. Well, why speak only of the last year; Aishwarya has been walking the Red Carpet for the last ten years without fail.
It is the first year for both Freida Pinto and Sonam Kapoor to represent L’Oreal Paris at the Cannes Film Festival. Sonam will walk the Red Carpet on May 15. Freida Pinto, on the other hand, will represent L’Oreal Paris at the amFAR (The American Foundation for AIDS Research), where there will be dinner and after-party on May 19.
