Chandramukhi 804th day function was held in Chennai on Monday! Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.Karunanidhi distributed the trophies and shields to the cast and crew of the film. In his speech he praised Rajnikanth for being humble in spite of his great success! He stated that this quality is the reason behind Rajni's continued success! He also spoke about Rajni's popularity in Japan and admired his performance in Sivaji!SuperStar Rajnikath thanked director P.Vasu and the producers Ramkumar and Prabhu for making the movie a grand success. He stated that "Karunanidhi was a standing example of tolerance and he has achieved success only after turning a deaf year to several criticisms against him!".
Kamal Haasan spoke about his good rapport with Rajnikanth!
