Vel is a forthcoming Tamil movie directed by Hari. Surya and Asin take up the lead roles. Surya plays a dual role for the second time after Perazhagan. This will be his second movie under Hari's direction, first one being Aaru. Music is composed by Yuvan shankar Raja. Movie's shooting schedules started on June 2nd, 2007. Vel will be shot at the southern districts of South India.
