Tamil Actor Vijay will participate at the protest meet that is to be organized to condemn the killings and torture of innocent fishermen by the Sri Lankan navy. The meeting, which will begin at 4 pm, will be headed by director SA Chandrasekar at the VDP College Grounds in Nagapattinam.
