Actor Johnny’s debut flick ‘Renigunta’ would have left a lump in everyone’s throat with a shockingly repellent climax. But this time, director Panneer Selvam assures you with a hilarious take on romantic tale featuring the same actor.’18 Vayasu’ is produced by S.S. Chakravarthy of Nic Arts and features his son Johnny in lead role. Earlier, Panneer Selvam had plans about hop-skipping into Telugu film industry with a big budget film and due to Telugana issue, the project couldn’t take off. Apparently, he nearly spent couple of months to complete the script works of ’18 Vayasu’.The first schedule of shooting will start from first week of May with a second schedule planned out to be shot in Coimbatore. The closer sources make it clear that the entire film is laced with comedy and zippy moments so as to trivialize the impact of ‘Renigunta’ amongst the audiences.
