Directed by Lingusamy and produced by A.M.Rathnam, Bheema has a high profile star cast including Vikram, Trisha and Prakash Raj. Harris Jayaraj has composed the music. The song "Mudhal Malai" has been shot in Switzerland. Another melody number "Ragasiya Kanavugal" has been picturised at Thirumalai Nayakar Mahal, one of Mani Ratnam's favorite locations! Vaaranam Ayiram is currently on hold, since Surya is busy with Hari's Vel. Gautham Menon has rescheduled the project to September. In the meantime, the director has decided to produce and direct a new movie starring new faces and Trisha on the lead. It is believed that A.R.Rahman would render the music!
