Kalaimamani Awards 2006 : Gallery

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi presented the state government's prestigious Kalaimamani awards to 68 artistes, who were selected for the award for the year 2006. This grand event was presided over by Governor S S Barnala. Many celebrities including Simbu, Trisha, Parthiban, Vidyasagar, Jeeva, Jayam Ravi, Bala and Vishal received this prestigious award.

Bheema Audio Release on August 10th!

Vikram, Trisha starrer Bheema is all set for an Audio Release on August 10th! This was officially announced by the producer A.M.Rathnam. Bheema directed by Lingusamy is one of the most awaited movies of the Tamil film industry! Vikram is expected to make a grand on-screen appearance after a long gap of nearly 2 years! Music by Harris Jayaraj has doubled the hype for the movie! The crew is planning to release the movie in early September!

Bheema Audio Release

Bheema, one of the most expected movies of this year is all set for a music release next week! Directed by Lingusamy and produced by A.M.Rathnam, Bheema has a high profile star cast including Vikram, Trisha and Prakash Raj.
Harris Jayaraj has composed the music. The song "Mudhal Malai" has been shot in Switzerland. Another melody number "Ragasiya Kanavugal" has been picturised at Thirumalai Nayakar Mahal, one of Mani Ratnam's favorite locations!
A peppy number "Rangu Rangamma" has been shot at a ship in Tuticorin. Sherin has paired up with Vikram for this item number!
Na.Muthukumar, Pa.Vijay, Yugabharathi and Thamarai have penned the lyrics. Bheema is all set to rock in theaters during the first week of September!

Kireedom Box Office Report

Kireedom, which was released on July 20, received a grand opening! Ajith's fans remarked that this would be the best movie of Thala's career. Ajith expressed his happiness on the film's success! In a Chennai theater fans recognized director A.L.Vijay and congratulated him for rendering a successful movie! Here is the video:

The Kireedom Game!

Zapac.com released "The Kireedom Game", based on Tamil movie Kireedom starring Ajithkumar in the lead. This is would be the first game to be based on a South Indian Movie! Kireedom Release Date

Kireedom starring Ajith, Trisha and Raj Kiran in the lead roles is set to be released on July 20! Nag Ravi of Insight Media has purchased the distribution rights for about Rs.75 lakhs.
Nag Ravi's previous distribution ventures include Vattaram and Muni. Kireedom is the second biggest releases of 2007, next to Sivaji! The audio sales have increased the hype for the movie!
